There are four of us looking for a fifth person who would like to join us in this large Victorian shared house in Jericho.
What this means is we haven't as yet moved in so you won't be able to meet everyone yet - but don't worry we're not mad axe murders; we are - in fact - quite good people.
We were meant to move in on the 5th of Nov but were let down when someone pulled out so time is of the essence here - the quicker we find a suitable housemate, the quicker we can get on track with our plan to move in.
The tenancy is for 6 months and is renewable indefinitely.

We wish to move into the house before December and just need one more personable housemate (preferably) in full time employment.

About the house:
The property is in the older part of Jericho right next to the canal and Port Meadow.
Sunrise on Port Meadow.
A little blog about the house.
It comprises:
Basement with a spacious cellar - and we mean spacious.
Ground floor: Passageway to front living room, downstairs bedroom, and kitchen.
Stairs to bathroom.
First floor: Two double bedrooms.
Second floor: Two double attic bedrooms (front much larger than rear).
About the rear attic room: not the largest room in the house; fully furnished, sloping roof, view from the side of the house.
The Walton Well.
Heating is by electric storage heaters
The bathroom is conventional and basic and the bath has an electric shower.
The kitchen consists of the usual appliances but is (unfortunately) without a dishwasher. However, the area is split into two parts with a dining area complete with table and chairs. There are all the usual things you'd expect such as toasters, microwaves, kettles, pots, pans, cutlery
At the front of the house there is a gravelled area for bike parking; rear garden is secure, laid to lawn and surrounded by a brick wall. Access is through the house or by the side gate.

The lounge is decked out with cozy furniture, TV, DVD, Freeview box etc.

The rent is £360 per month plus bills. Please see costs page for more info.

Please note: Unfortunately both the residents parking permits have now been taken so if you have a car, you will be unable to park in the areas reserved for residents. However, there is a free car park within 5 minutes walk right next to Port Meadow.
